CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order any time before the product has not been processed for shipment. Once the orders are processed for shipment, the orders may or may not be cancelled depending upon the seller's product return policy/conditions. Please check all the details displayed along with the products on the marketplace wrt the return of the products before placing the order as Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Pharmamall reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
  • Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer's address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.
  • In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on Pharmamall.com
  • Unavailability of products - In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the seller, the product will be cancelled.
  • If the area in which customer is residing is not served by us or made Out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order.
  • Suspected fraudulent information.
  • In rare cases transactions involving illegal or prohibitive substance are discovered to be made on the platform.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT

We offer Return/Replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets either of the following conditions.
1. Damaged/defective/tampered goods

If you receive a tampered or damaged consignment as evident from the packaging, do not accept the order. If you have received the order, opened the consignment and find that the product(s) is damaged then immediately, kindly click the photo of the so damaged product(s) as well the product labels(s) and send it to our email id : returns@pharmamall.in along with the order number and the invoice number or through mobile app / website. In the event that a damaged product is received, it must be reported to us within 4 hours of delivery. Failing which, the product shall not be considered for a return or replacement.

5. Wrong quantity
6. Missing parts/accessories
You need to share the same within 4 hours from the receipt of the order. We will investigate once we receive the email. If we find that issue raised is valid, we will intimate the seller and arrange to dispatch a new product subject to availability of the product. If the same is not available, we will refund the amount or issue a credit note which you can redeem in your next purchase. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller in a proper condition except it being a damaged product received on delivery as per point 1 above.
You need to keep the damaged goods ready for pick up. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, non-tampered quality check seals, return tags,MRP tags intact, warranty seals, user manuals and all the accessories therein (wherever applicable). The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged and untampered. The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met or complied. We will pick the damaged product from you at no extra cost
In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
Return or Replacements will be processed as per seller’s policy provided the products planned to be returned; meets all the following conditions:
  • Product is physically damaged/defective
  • Product has not been used even once
  • Brand packing is intact
  • Invoice is available
  • All the tags/labels are available
Exempted/non-returnable items – those products which are mentioned as non-returnable in that product’s catalogue are not accepted for returns. You will be required to return the product/s through our logistic partner sent by pharmamall.com

REFUNDS

  • If the order is cancelled before shipment processing, full amount will be automatically refunded to you based on the payment mode chosen by you at the time of placing the order. If the seller accepts return products as mentioned in the product return details/conditions, full refund will be processed upon successful inspection of the product by the seller and if found to being in an acceptable condition.
  • It usually takes 4-8 days to credit refund amount to your account depending upon your payment type.
  • In case of COD, kindly share your complete bank account details (Beneficiary name, account number, account type (savings, current, overdraft, cc etc), Bank Name, Branch Name, City, IFSC Code to process your refund.
  • If you are planning to call customer care regarding refund, please provide cheque, transaction and bank details for speedy refund processing. Once the refund is processed we will send you notification through SMS and email.
